About us
Our team has over 20 years of experience bidding, packaging and executing construction projects ranging from $100k to $100M. Projects range from simple commercial fit-outs to complex healthcare and laboratory facilities and renovations within occupied spaces.
We closely review your documentation to ensure it is complete and coordinated to ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently while minimizing risk to all parties.
We will provide a detailed review of construction documents with a detailed eye and years of on-site construction experience at a similar cost of a staff architect.

Basic
Our base scope of work includes quality control review of construction documents including drawings, specifications, equipment coordination, and general review of project schedule/long lead equipment.
Review of early stage documents (schematic, design development, etc.) is also offered.
Advanced
In addition to our base scope of work, we also provide the following services:
- Preliminary schedule development
- Schedule review
- Logistics planning and review
- Contractor claims review (schedule, cost, etc.)
